This Subscription & Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Terms of Service (“Terms”). Unless expressly defined otherwise herein, all capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms. This Policy governs your use of subscription options provided through the Services as well as the procedures applicable to refunds.
1. SUBSCRIPTIONS:
1.1. Subscription terms: We offer access to our Services through various subscription plans (“Subscriptions”) which differ in duration and price, and are billed on a recurring basis. You can learn more about our subscription plans and the advantages of paid functionality on Zeely website or in the App. Before completing any payment, including setting up or modifying recurring charges, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the applicable fees. By enrolling into one of our Subscriptions, you authorize us, our payment service providers —or the relevant app store (such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play)—to charge your credit card on a recurring basis for the subscription fee, applicable taxes, transaction fees, and any other charges related to your subscription. Your credit card will be automatically charged on each renewal date unless you cancel beforehand. Your Subscription will remain active for the duration of the selected subscription period and will continue to renew automatically until you cancel or terminate it. The paid version is available upon payment of a subscription fee. You can change your current subscription plan at any time in your Account settings. Note that if you downgrade your subscription plan, the current plan will no longer be available after completing the change process.
1.2. Prices: All prices are displayed either on the page where the relevant subscription plan is chosen or in the “subscription” tab of your account profile page. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable service page, such services are governed by the provisions of this Policy. For clarity, the Website has no obligation to provide any additional service, feature, or offer to any User unless such service, feature, or offer is explicitly presented in our Services.
1.3. Payment processing: Zeely engages third-party payment service providers to process Fees. Payments made through such services may be subject to mandatory additional charges (such as commissions, taxes, or duties) that are not included in the base Fees displayed on the Website. When using a third-party payment service, you are bound by that provider’s own terms and conditions. We assume no responsibility for your dealings with such providers, including the consequences of their terms, practices, or requirements.
1.4. Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew after the end of each subscription period, and your payment method will be charged for the chosen subscription package until the subscription is canceled. We will send you reminders three days before the introductory offer’s period ends and 24 hours before further upcoming charges. We use several charging retries in case of unsuccessful payment so we may charge you for current subscription period at any time during such period.
1.5. Changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription plans, commission rate and functionality available at any time. We may notify you of any such changes. At our discretion, we may apply various promotional offers and discounts on our services. Detailed conditions of such offers will be indicated in the App or on our Website.
1.6. Trials and promotional offers: Certain subscription options may include a discounted rate for the initial billing cycle (a “Promotional Period”), which may be offered either as a “trial” at a reduced price. The availability of such a discount will be clearly displayed on the pricing page when you select your subscription, prior to completing checkout. Your use of the Service during any Promotional Period is governed by the specific terms of the promotion, and your subscription will either end or automatically renew in accordance with those terms and any additional applicable conditions. Once the Promotional Period concludes, your subscription will continue at the standard rate for the option you selected. To avoid being charged the regular subscription fee, you must cancel your subscription before the Promotional Period ends and prior to the start of the next billing cycle, using the cancellation process described below.
1.7. Subscription cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew after each subscription period unless you choose to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next subscription period starts. To cancel a subscription, you need to do one of the following:
- Cancel through the Website or the App (you can find detailed instructions on how to do this in the App here and how to do this on the Website here); or
- Contact customer service at: support@zeely.app;
Your subscription will be canceled automatically after completing the cancellation process. If you cancel your subscription, the paid subscription plan’s functionality will no longer be available. Note that uninstalling Zeely does not result in the cancellation of your subscription.
1.8. If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial period on the App Store: If you purchased your Subscription through the Apple App Store, the Apple App Store directly manages your subscription. We cannot assist with subscription management, including initiation, cancellation, or refunds. To manage your subscription or disable auto-renewal, visit the Account Settings screen in the App Store app on your Apple device after purchase. For information about taxes and currency exchange fees included in your purchase, consult the Apple App Store. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or additional charges.
NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: In compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (California Business & Professions Code §§ 17600–17606), if you are a resident of California and have enrolled in a subscription or continuous service, you are entitled to an accessible and straightforward method of cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. We provide an immediately accessible termination email address that you may use at any time to request cancellation of your subscription.
No additional information or steps are required beyond submitting your request to this address. However, we may reach out to you for the purpose of verifying your request and, if necessary, to obtain the information required to process and effectuate the cancellation in accordance and to the extent permitted under the applicable law.

2. REFUNDS:
2.1. General rule: EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STATED HEREIN OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR PAYMENT IS NONREFUNDABLE. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for any partial membership period or unused services of Zeely. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any refund and you will continue to have access to your Subscription through the end of the subscription period.
2.2. Exceptions: There are several cases where we can offer partial or full refunds:
- Legal Refunds: For users residing in certain US states: depending on your state of residency, applicable law may allow you to cancel your transaction or receive a refund. If your transaction qualifies for a Legal Refund under the applicable law, we will process such refunds upon your request.
- Optional Refunds: Any refund that does not qualify as a Legal Refund will be treated as an Optional Refund. Optional Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion.
Before submitting a refund request, please review the following important points:
- Help Center. If you encounter issues with our Services, we strongly encourage you to first visit our Help Center and review our Terms of Service. Many questions or technical difficulties can often be resolved quickly with the guidance provided there, saving you the need to submit a refund request.
- Time Limitations. Refund requests must be submitted within 120 calendar days from the date of a credit or debit card payment, or within 180 calendar days from the date of a PayPal payment. Please note that some refund reasons—such as unauthorized transactions—may require submission within stricter timeframes.
- Refunds vs. Chargebacks. Refund requests are not the same as chargebacks. Refunds are reviewed and processed directly by the Zeely team, whereas chargebacks are handled by your financial institution (usually your bank or card provider). Requesting a refund from us is often faster and more efficient, allowing you to provide a broader range of supporting evidence. In contrast, chargebacks involve third parties outside our control. In responding to chargeback claims, we may be required to provide comments and submit relevant evidence, which may include your personal information in our possession. For the quickest and most effective resolution, please contact our Support team directly if you experience any problems with Zeely.
3. SUBMITTING A REFUND REQUEST AND PROVIDING EVIDENCE
3.1. To request a refund, please contact us at support@zeely.app. In your message, describe your issue in detail and explain why you believe a refund would be appropriate in your case. Each refund request is reviewed on an individual basis by the Zeely team. We would need at least 48 hours to determine the refund request initially and reach out to you to assist.
3.2. As part of the review process, we may ask you to provide supporting evidence or additional information. Depending on the circumstances, several rounds of evidence submission may be necessary. These requests should be taken seriously, as providing complete and relevant evidence enables us to consider your case thoroughly and resolve it as quickly as possible.We do not place restrictions on the types of evidence you may submit; however, you are expected to act reasonably and in good faith when presenting your claims.
3.3. If, after reviewing your submission, we determine that valid grounds for a refund exist, we may issue either a full or partial refund. For clarity, the decision to grant or deny a refund does not imply any admission of wrongdoing or failure on the part of either Zeely or you. In all cases, the amount refunded will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific paid feature in question.
3.4. Please note that Zeely reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to grant a partial refund, deny a refund request entirely, or otherwise determine the outcome based on the facts available. Our decision regarding any refund request is final and non-negotiable.
